I have a 10 gallon..How much water can I vacuum up (a week)?
Well I recently bought a vacuum for my 10 gallon tank i find it very useful and easy …but i was wondering how much i should take out every week?

General rule is 25% or in your case, 2 gallons

20-40%, depending on the tank load and type of fish. Dont do any more than a 50% though. 30% is plenty.

ok easiest way to maintain ur tank is to do a 20 – 25% water change once a week or even once every other week… at 4 weeks do a gravel vac but only half ur tank at a time. too much vacuuming can take out too many beneficial bacteria
this is ur best wait to maintain ur tank
also when cleaning ur filter make sure if u ever want to rinse ur media do it in old fish tank water so whatever water u took out during the water change rinse them in there tap water can sterilize and kill all ur beneifical bacteria on the filter media
replace carbon once a month replace filter pad once every 6 – 12 months and if ur gonna keep the pad for a while rinse them out every month or so

Lutherans have what we call a lectionary. I would imagine Catholics have something like that. You probably should ask a priest these questions. You want to be sure you study something that is approved by the Catholic church. Catholics are only supposed to read printed material with the word Impramatur on it, which means it’s approved by the Vatican. This is done to ensure that the teachings are in line with Catholic doctrine and tradition and members won’t be confused. You might want to ask the priest which year the lectionary is for also. We Lutherans have a set of weekly readings which change from year to year. It’s listed as Year A, B, or C. Find out which set you should follow.
